Brief BIO
I work at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where I apply my expertise in macroeconomics and general equilibrium modeling to evaluate economic and fiscal policies. Previously, I was a researcher at Fondazione ENI Enrico Mattei (FEEM) and Fondazione Centro Euro-Mediterraneo sui Cambiamenti Climatici (CMCC).
I hold a BA in Economics from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (2003), and an MSc (2005) and PhD (2010) in Economics from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata.” Between 2006 and 2008, I worked at the World Bank Headquarters in Washington, DC, on Poverty and Sustainable Development, and at ISAE (Institute for Economic Studies and Analyses) as a junior researcher on microsimulation techniques.
Beyond economics — a lifelong passion — I’m interested in art, computers, music, and photography. I’m also a committed Linux enthusiast, and an avid sailor: I love being out on the water, and sailing is where I go to think, unwind, and disconnect.
